The doses should be taken daily at the same time and you should have some sexual activities in between this dosage.

    Dosage for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) (ages 18–64 years)

    If someone is having benign prostatic hyperplasia, then they can take it daily at the same time. Taking more than once daily can give you negative effects of the medicine. It should be noted that you should first visit a doctor for the dosage.

    The doctor may prescribe you a daily 5mg dose which is more than sufficient for such type of problem. When you are taking finasteride(to treat BPH) with tadalafil your dosage should be only 5mg once a day which should be for 26 weeks.

    Dosage for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)(ages 18–64 years)

    Tadalafil for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension(PAH) come with a strength of 20mg. The usual dosage given by the doctor is 40mg which is two 20mg tablets taken once a day. SO to take the tablets one after the other are large. If you are facing any kidney or liver problems then the doctor may recommend you to start from 10mg or 20mg.

    When You Should Not take Daily Dose of Tadalafil –
