- Good volume of fat and dermis can be used for patient’s required enhancement

The first step is to select the donor site (From where the Dermofat will be taken) which is followed by meticulous dissection of epidermis and splitting of Dermofat graft from donor site. The final step is to fix the Dermofat graft around the penis above Buck’s fascia followed by closure of the donor and recipient site both.
Girth Enhancement by Liposuction of Autologous Fat
In this technique the subcutaneous fat(fat below the skin) is removed by liposuction. Usually lower abdominal area or inguinal regions are used for harvesting this fat using suction cannula. This harvested fat is then prepared by filtering and washing away the unnecessary components. It is then centrifuged which separates it into three layers of which the middle layer is what we use for implanting it around the whole length of penis in the superficial Dartos layer.
About 40-70ml of Autologous fat injected into the penis layers can increase penis girth by 2-4 cm.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers– HA is a naturally occurring hygroscopic polysaccharide in the extracellular matrix and is an important natural component of human skin. HA based products like Restylane, Juvederm are non-animal in origin and last for up to 18 months after injecting into the penile fascia. However, in many cases it has been shown to remain same for up to 3-4 years.

2. LENGTHENING
In case of short penile length or for obese patients, the penile may be covered by abdominal fat. In this case, you can overcome your complex with lengthening procedure.
